You’ve heard of the classic sausage roll, well I went all Mediterranean on it.
I made the classic Greek Keftedes mix and put it in puff pastry.
It did not let down, get in there!
These are well nice, try them, go on!
The Bakewell tart a true classic, just love it. So I decided to add a Mediterranean spin to it. I used fig jam instead of raspberry jam and ground pistachio nuts instead of ground almonds. I have to say it did not let down. Although i have to admit i had a little bit of a soggy bottom, just a little.
